Our hope is that you love your SASS-E Todds merchandise, however we understand that items may need to be returned for various reasons
Items may be returned up to 7 days after the date you received your merchandise. If 7 days have gone by since you received your merchandise, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
Due to the custom nature of our merchandise we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges; only returns for store credit. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
We accept returns of non-sale items within 7 days of you receiving your item(s). PLEASE NOTE: All sales are FINAL on sale items, clearance items, and items purchased with a discount code.
***To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request a Return Authorization please send an email to email@example.com. Please do not send us your item(s) to be returned until you have received a return authorization via email from us.
As soon as your item is received we will issue you a store credit code for the value of your original item to be used for store credit within the following 3 months. After 3 months, the issued store credit code for the item returned will expire, and no duplicate store credit code will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
